Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return?
Open Returns in your account, choose the delivered order and the items you want to send back, then pick a reason and a resolution. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Choose exchange as the resolution and pick the size you want. An exchange follows the same 30 day window as a refund.
When will my refund arrive?
A refund is issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Your bank decides how quickly it appears on your statement.
